Description The focus of our work is on coaching managers and executives to lead and perform more effectively. We work one-to-one with our clients, meeting every 3 to 5 weeks over a period of several months. At the outset of a coaching programme, we agree coaching objectives – what areas does the client want to develop, outcomes – what will the client do differently as a result of coaching, and measures – how will success be measured.

Our clients are typically senior managers within their organisations and are either at Board and executive level or on track to assume an executive role. They are often facing one or more of the following challenges:

  • - adapting or adjusting to a new role and/or substantial organisational change
  • - recently been promoted or on track for promotion to a bigger role
  • - stepping into a new/bigger leadership role
  • - wanting to influence and lead more effectively
  • - they and/or their business have lost its sense of direction, energy
       and enthusiasm

We have over 10 years of coaching experience with clients including:
